Welcome to Thrive Flower Farm
Thrive Flower Farm is owned by Matt and Stephanie Carroll. We are a micro flower farm located in Cullman, AL.The love of the land and flowers comes to us honestly. We both have many memories of gardening and flowers from an early age. After we bought our home, we upended our landscape and began trying different varieties of flowers. We quickly outgrew the space and extended our landscape again. Finally, we tilled up another plot to plant more flowers in November 2019.
We had no idea that the space we prepared for in 2019 would be crucial to us in 2020. This new garden brought us so much joy. Every morning, I would venture out to see what new beauty I could find. Sometimes it was a new flower or maybe a butterfly, but more than the beauty, I could sense peace. As I worked in the soil, I could feel the cares of the world drifting away. This 1/4 acre plot grounded me when it seemed as though the world was falling apart. The flowers continued to thrive where they were planted. We quicky found out that other people were craving this beauty as well as we begin to share photos online. Sharing from the abundance of what we grow and teaching others how to grow on their own has become a passion of ours. When the flowers begin to bloom, you’ll find me making bouquets while Matt works behind the scenes. Although we’re only using 1/4 acre plot, we believe in the importance of natural farming methods, seasonality, and the use of local flowers. We love sharing our flower with Cullman, AL.

Merriam Webster gives three definitions for thrive:
1. to grow vigorously
2. to gain in wealth or possession
3. to progress toward or realize a goal DESPITE or BECAUSE of circumstances
Flowers are a great reminder to thrive in every season of life regardless of adverse circumstances.
