Refund Policy
We are grateful for your support! It is our hope that you are happy with your purchase.
Perishable goods such as flowers cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your bouquet, please notify [email protected] with a picture of your bouquet and your complaint within 24 hours of receiving bouquet.
We take precautions to ensure that your bulbs/corms arrive in good condition. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your bulbs immediately. If there are issues with your order, please contact us with photos of your issue at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt
We are unable to offer refunds/replacements after 7 days.
Please do not contact us on social media via Instagram or Facebook. We cannot be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your bulbs/corms, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, or failure to thrive.
Shipping Issues-Once your order has shipped and you have received an e-mail with your tracking information, we cannot be held responsible for any mishandling, delays, or lost packages by USPS. We ensure all packages. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please file a claim with USPS. We are unable to replace or refund orders impacted by carrier related issues. Please reach out to USPS promptly to begin the claim process.
Refunds
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your complaint. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
